Application for the Research Grants of the ADEA Diabetes Research Foundation is a two-step process.
Step 1 is a submission of Expression of Interest (EOI).
Call for EOI submission will open in January.
EOIs will be assessed independently by at least two members of the reviewing panel (without conflict of interest) against the assessment criteria.
Shortlisted applicants are then invited to submit a Full Application in April.
Step 2 is an invited application for shortlisted submissions.
Full applications are reviewed by at least two assessors via an independent process with no conflict of interest.
The Council then makes a recommendation to the ADEA Diabetes Research Foundation Board of Directors, who make a final decision on which applications are successful by August.
